FAQ's about Open House
Can I bring my child? Yes! We will have the classroom set up for children to explore and both of our wonderful teachers will be here to get to know your child and answer any questions you may have.

How early should I get there if I want to make sure I get my child a spot? Our enrollment varies from year to year, but spots in each class are filled in order of arrival. After our spots are filled, you will be offered a spot on our waiting list in the order of arrival. You can reach out to our Membership Chair if you have questions about how many spots are available before the Open house (returning families and alumni families register early).
Can I pay the deposit by card or cash? Unfortunately, we can only accept checks for the deposit. Once enrolled, tuition payments may be made by direct deposit.
Registration
For new families:
Enrollment for new families occurs in-person at our Open House Registration Event on March 22nd, 2025 10am-12pm at ECP. We fill spots by the order of arrival on the morning of the Open House. Please complete the registration form online at: https://www.jovial.org/ecp/register and please bring a $100 non-refundable registration fee, payable by check only, to reserve your child's spot.
For currently enrolled families:
Registration for enrolled families begins March 10, 2025. See registration policy for more info: https://www.jovial.org/ecp/family
For alumni families:
Registration for alumni families begins March 17, 2025.Complete the registration form online at: https://www.jovial.org/ecp/family. Please note: you must go through the family portal for registration as an alumni family. If you are already in our Jovial system and submit an external registration form, you will be asked to resubmit via the family portal. Before completing the registration form, please contact our membership chair at ecpmembershipchair@gmail.com to arrange priority enrollment.
For registration after March 22, 2025 complete the registration form online at: https://www.jovial.org/ecp/register and contact Membership Chair at ecpmembershipchair@gmail.com regarding available openings and submitting your registration deposit.
